Products
Keltic Seafare (Scotland) Ltd offers a first class product and service to the top restaurants throughout the UK as well as the wholesale market.
We deliver product into London on an overnight service, the goods leaving our factory at 7.30 pm and delivered to the restaurants the next morning before lunch.
The rest of the UK is covered by courier service on a next day before noon service or by refrigerated transport i.e. Frigecosse.
We also deliver into Europe using road and air services.

 Scallops in shell
All our scallops are hand dived from Class A waters off the West Coast of Scotland - this method of catching scallops has no detrimental impact on the seabed, unlike dredging. It also means the extra small scallops are left to grow in a sustainable fishery.
 Scallop meat
We can supply scallop meat cut from medium/small shells. This is always dry - we do not soak meat.
 Langoustine
Our langoustine are creel caught by day-boats and tubed at sea ensuring the product is in first class condition.
 Lobsters
These are also creel caught by day-boats.
Additional Products
Wild Scottish mushrooms - picked locally and available from mid-June through October Smoked Salmon- locally smoked using traditional methods.
