Keltic Seafare welcome London restaurant chef Santiago Lastra on board
London restaurant chef Santiago Lastra recently joined us on board for a trip out to sea. Santiago is now considered one of the most promising young chefs in the world. A far cry from his humble beginnings in a small Mexican village. Chosen by Rene Redzepi to lead the Noma Mexico‘s team, Santiago has delighted many a taste bud with his tantalising dishes. Santiago’s next venture is the opening of his debut solo restaurant “Kol” in London, March 2020. Santiago was delighted to experience the catch with us and has some great ideas to serve up our tasty treats.
